Penny Arcade has an awesome idea for a new Xbox game in today's comic strip.  If I was a muckity-muck in xbox-land I'd:

1. Ask them to buy the right to that property
2. Offer them some form of employment in regards to the game (design and/or making promotional material)

I'll wait for you to read the comic --- you might have to click the link on the bottom post to see it.  Done?  Okay.

As for the gameplay, itself, I think it would work best as a survival horror game.  You're Daniel Fulton, an off-duty firefighter who's curiousity gets the best of him.  After responding to a few, isolated cases of minor property damage you start to put the pieces together.  Soon, every outlet, every electrical device, every phone, every stove, and every modern-day convienance can be used as weapon out to get you.
